I honestly loved everything about this place, and I always have bad luck with hotels. The ataff were kind, and spoke English. They were very friendly and patient with me.. I was there for a fest, and overslept but was still allowed to have breakfast without stress close to the end. The room was definitely value for money, it was a really nice size and the bed nice too. More than enough for one person! Plenty of facilities in the roon e.g hair hairdryer, usb plus, plenty of normal plus, TV, shower gel incase you forgot yours. The location is also fantastic, right by the train and bus station, and had a late checkout at 12. Would highly recommend !!!

Great location, only a short walk to the train station. Staff were super friendly. I messaged to request a possible earlier check in and they were very accommodating and sorted me out immediately. When I got to the room I had an issue with the door of the bathroom, which they immediately fixed with a new room. Very happy with the service! The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The shower was great. The overall experience was very enjoyable and comfortable.

Super friendly staff! The lady at the reception desk was very nice and helped us with hall of our questions. No problems with leaving the luggage while waiting for check in or after check out. The room was very nice and cosy, bathroom clean and fresh. Perfect location near train/tram/bus station and to do some sightseeing.

Large double room and bathroom.Surprisingly good for the small price we paid with breakfast included. We even asked to add a third bed and the staff accommodated our request. We will definitely chose this hotel again when visiting our family in Gelsenkirchen over the weekend.
